Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains how billing changes and refund requests are handled. It does not promise automatic refunds for every situation.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund prior charges unless we approve a specific case.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Contact support with your account email, plan details, and reason for the request. We do not guarantee approval.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Credit packs are generally non-refundable once purchased, especially after credits have been used.

Technical access issues

If a technical issue on our side prevents reasonable access to a paid feature you purchased, contact support promptly. We will work to restore access and review whether a credit or refund is appropriate.

Chargebacks and billing errors

Billing questions or invoice issues: billing@merasuite.com. We prefer to resolve billing issues directly before chargebacks when possible.
