Overview
This policy describes how MeraSuite may collect and use information when you create an account, use our tools, or purchase a plan.
Information we may collect
Account email and profile details; usage activity and feature events; prompts, files, and content you submit to generate outputs; payment and customer metadata processed through Stripe (such as billing status and plan type); feedback or support messages; and basic analytics or product events needed to operate and improve the service.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. MeraSuite does not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles payment details according to its own privacy policy.
Authentication and data storage
Supabase is used for authentication and application database storage (for example, saved projects and account-related records tied to your login).
AI processing
Submitted content may be sent to AI providers such as Anthropic and/or OpenAI to generate outputs. Do not submit highly sensitive information (such as full financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or protected health information) unless you are comfortable with processing by these services.
How we use information
To provide the service, operate billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, review student discount requests manually, and understand product usage at an aggregate level.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in sessions, preferences, and basic analytics or event tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without session cookies.
Retention and deletion
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Contact us to ask about account-related data questions.
